Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@glamdemy.com for assistance.
Exchange Process:
Exchange and replacement will be accepted from customers within 24 hours of delivery
We are accepting return products from customer within 24 hours days of delivery.
To exchange an item, follow the same process as initiating a return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement products within 7-9 working days.
Courses:
Purchased courses can be cancelled within 2 days of purchase day.
Refund amount will get credited to customer bank within 7 business days
